MOH ended Wednesday put new rules and disciplines and making decisions on new drug.  They said that the decision by the new pricing for medicine will be applied only to new medicines containing new active ingredient or new innovative.  The new pricing rules give the Minister of Health the right to modify the list of countries  where medication is sold to the appropriate one to our local conditions achieving  the public interest and the price will be less by 10% of that in the countries have the same medicine and concerning the pharmaceutical factories they declare that they will be have a chance until 2020 to obtain a quality certificate.
